Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for items in new condition within seven days of when you receive the item in the mail. InspiredByKiki will exchange items:

• not worn, damaged, washed nor altered;
• having original tags attached; and
• that are defective.

Please note: exchanges are accepted but only for the same item in question.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance and Sales items are Final Sale. InspiredByKiki does not offer exchanges for these items.
